Experiencing CBT Study Participation

We would like to invite people who had cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help with depression approximately 10 years ago to share their experiences.

We are interested in past experiences of CBT, what it was like at the time, and how things have been since.

This study involves an in-person interview of approximately an hour and to thank you for your time we will compensate you with a £20 e-voucher.

If you:

  1. Had a first experience of individual, in-person CBT for depression approximately 10 years ago (around 2011-2015)
  2. Are not currently in a mental health crisis
  3. Are aged 25 or over and were over 18 at the time of having CBT.
  4. Would be comfortable talking about your experiences of therapy
