Experiencing CBT Study Participation

We would like to invite people who had cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help with depression EITHER more than 10 years ago OR within the last 3 years.

We are interested in past experiences of CBT, what it was like at the time, and how things have been since.

This study involves an in-person interview of approximately an hour and to thank you for your time we will compensate you with a £20 e-voucher.

If you:

  1. Had a first experience of individual, in-person CBT for depression more than 10 years ago (before 2015) OR within the last three years
  2. Are not currently in a mental health crisis
  3. Are aged 25 or over and were over 18 at the time of having CBT.
  4. Would be comfortable talking about your experiences of therapy
